It took me years to really begin an intentional meditation practice. And that practice changes as I change. I'm continuing to learn, evolve and grow and give myself room to continue to do just that!

Research states that our mind likes to have something to do. I believe it is important to train your brain, be kind to your mind, and pay attention to what you are thinking and how you are feeling. By connecting with our feelings, we are in the present moment more.
