Greetings,

I'm so excited you have decided to join the course. Please take your time. This program was designed for you start developing a consistent meditation practice.

Please be kind to yourself and take your time. If you are able to do something daily, do so, if not do it when you can.

We can be so goal oriented that we want to have a tangible outcome for meditating. Just remember, it is about "just doing it" not about how I did it. ;)

Some days you may be able to sit for five minutes, some days you may be able to sit for 10 minutes...either is great! Just sit when you can and pay attention to how you feel before, during and after you do it.

Note: If you feel you want to stay in one section longer, please do so. Take your time. This is a self paced course. Trust your instincts on how to move through it. The KEY is the consistency of the practice. If possible, try to meditate in at or near the same time daily and in the same physical location.
