I’m Barbara J. Faison, author, speaker, and life enthusiast. We live in very busy times. Life is unpredictable and if you aren’t careful it's easy to feel overwhelmed, overcommitted and stressed out. I was in that place and I needed tools to help me manage my life better.
I studied. I learned
meditations, affirmations and so much more. There is a lot to learn about life so I created and designed my book,
Why Struggle? life is too short to wear tight shoes as a guide for me to get a handle on my
life so I wouldn't go crazy. I wanted bite sized information I could use daily to help me manage my emotional state. My book was born because I needed something for me to reference.
Struggling I've learned and believe is a choice. Once we have practices and
tools that we put in place, we can struggle less and enjoy life a whole lot
