Welcome and let's take a deep breath right now. AHHH. How does that feel? I'm really excited you decided to make a conscious choice to chose CALM over CHAOS for the holiday season. These mindfulness practices I'll share will be helpful for your daily life as well. Let's take another breath right now. Slowly breathe in through your nose, hold for a few seconds, breathe out through your mouth with a loud audible sound. AHHHHHHH. How does that feel?

In this course you will learn very simple ways to consciously choose CALM over Chaos. I'll share three specific mindfulness practices that you can use about anytime and anywhere you choose. And guess what... no one has to know. I'll give you and easy acronym to use, SPA, to help you remember to practice. I mean who doesn't want more SPA in their lives.

There is a lot of buzz around "mindfulness" these days. I have a short video that talks about mindfulness and how to practice it regularly. It's one of my favorite practices because you can do it anytime and you don't need anything but your willingness.

In the course you will also have a cheat sheet and a few videos/audios with the practices for your reference.
